Project Description
Had cleared through customs, and transported their pen-stock materials & Turbines, including 4 units of Turbine Runners Dimensions: 7.93 x 7.93 x 3.45 meters, Weight: 190.511 tons each, from Karachi to Tarbela, distance: 1700 km.
Received the Runner and Thrust Bracket directly from ship hook on trailers and transported to Tarbela Dam after covering 1800 km. We had to make special bypasses, improve the diversions, remove the encroachments, cut the road side trees, dismantle and re fix railway level crossings. We prepared the approach roads and temporary bridge to cross through the stream at Harrow.
